Class Description
WHAT YOU WILL TAKE HOME: Americana Pork Loin and Sauteed Veggies, Creamy Chicken and Couscous with Hot Maple Brussels, Vinaigrette 3 Ways and the Perfect Drop Biscuits for any meal that will leave you saying "that took me how long?!" Are you just so busy with life and work, and let's not mention kids' activities for some that dinner has become a battle over who cooks and what in the world should we eat? Or better yet, do you suddenly have family or friends coming for dinner and you plum forgot to prep? This is definitely the class where we will provide you set meals that are seasonally inspired if you really want to impress with farmer's market finds in summer or those beautiful winter citrus fruits. The Chef will also provide loads of tips and tricks for how and what to substitute, which will also be included in recipes so if you don't have just the right ingredient, don't cancel that dinner, we will guide you to a deliciously complete meal no matter the time of year! Finally the Chef will have classic biscuits and a go-to vinaigrette recipe with multiple substitutions that can be prepared alongside any of the other 6 recipes you'll take home, and lots of yummy food!
