Class Description
WHAT YOU WILL TAKE HOME: Greek Butter Fish Soup; Pineapple Chicken Curry; Southern Spiced Shrimp and Cilantro Lime Rice; Leaner Meatballs; Shrimp Curry & Pineapple Rice; Balsamic Beets - Warm or cold! Let's face the fact that food nowadays is loaded with unhealthy chemicals, sugar substitutes, and various forms of salt. Sadly, heart disease or diabetes has touched nearly all of us in some way. But it can still be heard to know how to make delicious food while staying healthy...and no, it doesn't have to be chicken breast and steamed broccoli forever. In this class, our Chef will share everything she's learned from studying diets with a registered dietician and trainer as well as tips and tricks from those she's helped in her own family. Food is a passion, and we will share all we know while making 8 delicious dishes to take home with recipes full of potential substitutions.
