WHAT YOU WILL TAKE HOME: Wedding Soup; Bruschetta 2 Ways: Lemon Pesto Shrimp and Papa's Classic; Not Soggy Eggplant Parm; No Basil? Pesto Cream Shrimp; Farfalle with Pesto alla Vodka and Sweet Sausage While our Chef is known for her Scottish, French, and Greek roots and the culinary feasts her family has held dear for generations, Abigail also has a treasure chest of Italian fair, which she has studied in depth and loves to share equal parts history with ingredients such as 3 types of pesto; exactly what is Tuscan kale; and how to ensure your eggplant is never soggy again! We will make 6 dishes and our Chef will provide a yet-to-be-published recipe as a snack for the end of class before you take home copious amounts of food with new recipes!
