WHAT YOU WILL TAKE HOME: Famous Lemon Shrimp Scampi; Red Pepper Cream Swai (Budget-friendly); Shrimp Alfredo; 2 Shrimps 1 Rice: Coco Chili Shrimp and Honey Basil Shrimp with Sweet Coconut Milk Rice; Salmon Hot Pockets Shrimp lovers rejoice with this session! Chef Abigail has been highlighted as one of the Chefs at the 2023 COS Women's Expo with her shrimp cooking method and that's why you want her to teach you about how to cook this crustacean and keep it juicy and sweet. But this class isn't just about shrimp, we will share multi-generational seafood recipes from the regions of France to the regions of Greece and beyond. You'll go home with 7 recipes, loads of food as always and new methods and substitutions to enjoy delicious, but not overly pricey, seafood meals. We will also enjoy a special crab appetizer as our snack, made with love from Chef Abigail's Mom.
